• You are responsible for maintaining account security and content ownership.

GuruDesk reserves the right to terminate services violating these Terms.

Service Availability and Modifications

We strive for continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may modify or discontinue services with notice.

Intellectual Property

GuruDesk owns its intellectual property (logos, trademarks, etc.). Your use of the Services does not grant you ownership rights.

Warranties and Disclaimers

GuruDesk disclaims any implied warranties regarding performance or functionality. Our liability for damages is limited.

Payment Terms

Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party.

Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

Money-Back Guarantee

GuruDesk offers a transparent and hassle-free 30-day money-back guarantee on all GuruDesk hosting plans (except the first payment after a Free Trial). If applicable, these plans do carry over services and can receive a full refund if not satisfied within the first 30 days of purchase.

Important Notices:

• This policy applies only to GuruDesk hosting subscriptions and does not cover add-on services, domain name registrations, or any other services.
• Payment processing fees will not be refundable.

Products Not Eligible for Refunds or Standard Terms

• GuruDesk Hosting Subscriptions and plans, except the first payment after a Free Trial, if applicable.

No Refunds for Special or Flexible Billing

Domain Name Refunds

Domain name registrations are generally refundable within five days of registration (10 hours), excluding .de domain names (including country and national domains), which carry refund policies:

• Domain name registrations during the first day unless unsuccessful and a refund is requested according to the official domain name registry policies. This refund request must be sent within 10 hours.
• After this time, domain registration fees are not typically refundable, and domain renewals are not refundable (including all top-level domains).
• Further domain name refund information will be provided by GuruDesk via the GuruDesk refund policy page.

Important to note that specific TLDs may have exceptions, which include:

• .com, .net, .org, .edu, .ac, .uk, .mil: Non-refundable.
• .de domains carry a 10-hour refund limitation.

It is important to check the refund policies with the domain registrar, as the refund policy may vary.

Policies for Special or Special Terms

Different payment conditions may offer special details and considerations. These might have different refund conditions compared to the standard 30-day refund policy. Therefore, it is advised to go through specific terms and conditions of special or flexible payments before purchasing.

Refund Time

GuruDesk ensures all eligible refund requests will be processed within 15 days if applicable. There may be some payment methods that are not eligible for refunds or have longer processing times, such as bank transfers and checks. These exceptions will be specifically mentioned in the payment terms.

Requesting a Refund

If you need a refund, please contact GuruDesk via our support page to make a request. Please provide your invoice or GuruDesk balance transfer details within the first 30 days of purchase. Refunds cannot be processed without these details, and all refunds are subject to review based on GuruDesk's terms and conditions.

Subscription Refunds

Subscriptions can be refunded within the 30-day limit of the first payment. However, if the payment is used for hosting, special orders, other payments can be refunded within 30 days.

Chargebacks

If you have initiated a dispute, chargeback, reversed payment disputes, additional payment fraud, or other evidence of a charge for your GuruDesk subscription services and initiate a refund, it is possible the refund request may be rejected. Therefore, we advise you to follow our refund policies and proper payment channels. If a chargeback is performed, GuruDesk services will be blocked and will not be reinstated until all payments and charges contained in the initial services are resolved, including all reversal fees, processing fees, and associated fees.

Service Cancellations and Disputes

• Any unresolved service issues may be subject to review, and services may not be reinstated until all issues are resolved.
• Pro-rata refunds may be issued for credit and overpayments for unused services valid up to 14 days.
• GuruDesk reserves the right to charge a 20% refund processing fee for any requests made after 30 days.
• GuruDesk reserves the right to limit or refuse any services if fraudulent or disputed activity affects property services or when chargebacks received.
